Snacking During the Day May Increase Sex Drive at Night

According to a survey conducted an all-natural gluten-free, wheat-free, and sugar-free Parmesan cheese snack company, more than 52 percent of all women who responded felt that healthy snacking during the day leaves them more inclined to have sex at night.

The survey was completed by more than 1,000 women nationwide between the ages of 21 to 50. And the result may not be a direct causal relationship, but it looks like it’s a reliable correlation between snacking nutritious snack and increased libido among women.

Seventy-three percent of the respondents agreed that they left feeling more satisfied after snacking, yet 70 percent of them said that they judged themselves afterwards for doing it.

Snacking on foods containing nutritional benefits, including calcium and protein, provides a good and full feeling overall, which may have aphrodisiac results. Seventy-six percent of women said that when snacking, they did not always eat healthily but 85 percent of women would consider snacking more if a healthy option was more readily available.

According to other studies, black raspberries, watermelon, broccoli, cloves, figs, eggs, ginseng, lettuce, ginger, and oyster are libido boosters, while ice cream would likely kill it.

The survey was conducted by Cello Whisps.
